The society is managed by a group of volunteer members who are also members of the society and are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the presence of the Ministry official as the Returning Officer. The Committee known as Executive Committee holds this office for a period of four years and comprises of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, the Secretary and the Treasurer. In addition, the AGM also elects Area Representatives who attend the executive committee meetings for purposes of running the society affairs. To date the SACCO has Area Representatives in Kamuli, Lira, Adjumani, Yumbe, Nebbi and Plan Plus.
The society has internal auditors commonly known as Supervisory Committee also elected at the AGM. This committee comprises of three members and their term of office is also four years.
The Society employs an Accounts assistant and a Savings & Credit Officer to manage the daily business of members and are paid a monthly salary. The SACCO will periodically review the staffing needs and put in place mechanisms to ensure effective service delivery.
